Individual Mentoring

The engineer will work with us in close proximity over a period of 2 weeks or a month, depending on the technologies and what new knowledge needs to be acquired.

Programme Customization

We assess individual capability through questions and quizzes. We then customize the programme for the needs of the project and organiztion.

Concepts, Projects, Research, and Presentation

We explain core concepts and discuss the core programming models. Then focused projects are given that requires some research and good implementation. The results are presented, which are deeply reviewed and improved with feedback.

Traditional Onsite Training

We also regularly do trainings of the traditional variety where we come over to your site for a few days to deliver classroom training. Sathish has over 18 years of experience developing software. He is a full stack developer who has worked for MindTree, RedHat, and consulted for quite a few other companies like Paytm, Apigee, etc. He has been a full stack architect primarily working with Golang, Angular, and SQL. He is also a winner of many hackathons.
